Every truck in a repair bay is a gap in coverage.
We plan every repair around one goal: returning your trucks to service safely, quickly, and with a paper trail your fleet manager can stand behind.
| What departments run into | How we handle it |
|---|---|
| A unit is out of service after a collision | Priority intake and early teardown, so the full scope is known early. |
| Repairs NEVER drag on with no clear delivery date | Defined milestones and a projected return-to-service date, updated as work moves. |
| The fleet is aging | Refurbishment and life-extension assessments for trucks worth saving. |
| New fire truck costs keep climbing | Repair-versus-replace evaluations with a written scope you can take to purchasing. |
| Leadership wants accountability | Photo-documented work, a 150-point inspection and a completion record for every unit. |
Built for big, expensive, essential trucks.

Questions from fire departments
Do you work with municipal purchasing?
Yes. We provide written estimates and repair scopes that fit purchase orders, bids and fleet approval processes.
Can you help us decide whether to repair or replace?
Yes. We'll assess the truck and give you a written repair scope and cost so you can compare it against replacement.
How will we know where our truck is in the process?
Every unit gets a project file. You'll get photo updates at each stage and a projected return-to-service date that we keep current.
Do you do pump testing or aerial certification?
Those are performed by qualified, certified specialists. We coordinate their work alongside ours so the truck doesn't sit waiting for a separate appointment.
Which makes and models do you work on?
Custom and commercial-chassis fire trucks from all major manufacturers, including engines, aerials, rescues, tankers and command vehicles.
Do you only work on fire trucks?
No. This is the Fire Apparatus Division of Peak Performance Collision Solutions. We also repair trucks, buses and municipal fleet vehicles — see our truck, bus and fleet site.
